Dr. Henry Margenau, Yale professor and eminent philosopher of science, was born in Germany in 1901 and came to the United States in 1922. He earned his A.B. from Midland Lutheran College and a M.Sc. from the University of Nebraska. He attended Yale University on a graduate fellowship in 1927, and received his Ph.D. in 1929.
